About Branchish…

Branchish Jerky was born out of necessity. As a longtime jerky lover, I was consistently disappointed by what was available—limited flavors, weak ingredients, and jerky that felt more like filler than food. I wanted something better: bold, satisfying flavor made with clean, thoughtful ingredients. So I started making it myself.

What began as a personal project quickly became a craft. I focused on thick-cut jerky, real seasoning, and dialing in every detail. The original recipe—now our Basic flavor—became the foundation of Branchish Jerky. From there, the lineup grew into eight distinct flavors, each intentionally different and designed to deliver something memorable.

Branchish Jerky has always been about more than just flavor. It’s about creating a snack that fits into real life—something you reach for on long days, pack for trips, or keep around when you want protein that actually satisfies.
