My name is Chris White, and I started Branchish because I was genuinely fed up with the jerky options out there.
Not just the flavors, the ingredients. Most jerky on the shelf is loaded with nitrates, artificial stuff, or so much sugar it barely tastes like meat. And the "premium" options weren't much better, just fancier packaging on the same shortcuts.
So I started making my own in my Rhode Island kitchen. I wanted thick-cut beef, clean ingredients, and flavors that actually meant something. Not just "The Original" and teriyaki, real flavor profiles built from real ingredients.
What started as a personal obsession turned into five bold flavors and a brand I'm genuinely proud of. Every recipe was developed from scratch, tested obsessively, and built around one non-negotiable: 100% Grass Fed and Finished beef. No fillers, no nitrates, no grain finish.
